This coming season, group sales will be the lifeblood of most minor league baseball teams.
The pandemic is over, all types of groups are looking to get together and the economy won’t hinder group outings.
Cost-effective group sales training is the key to maximizing your team’s group sales.
The Ultimate Toolkit, with Minor League Baseball’s support, is scheduling our first ever regional group sales boot camp at Truist Field in Charlotte, NC on Monday, December 12th and Tuesday December 13th at the Charlotte Knights home ballpark. This training is just for minor league baseball teams and is designed to allow for specific group sales training, idea sharing, best practices, mixing and mingling and challenging each other to be the best.
COST EFFECTIVE TRAINING
Instead of paying me thousands of dollars to come to your team, I recommend you send your sales team to Charlotte to learn with other minor league team ticket salespeople in this collaborative regional group sales boot camp.
The cost is just $495/person to attend the two day training. We’ll begin on Monday morning the 12th at 10am and conclude by 4pm on the 13th. Downtown Charlotte has a number of great hotels in the area. After your registration, we will be in communication with you about additional specific hotel deals and opportunities.
Upon sign up, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the training materials to share with your team sales staff and specifics on where to go on our first day.
CANDIDATE TRAINING
We’re also inviting select job candidates looking to break into the ticket sales industry.
Any team sending one or more salespeople will have a chance to meet, watch and interview candidates on the spot to fill any open sales positions. What better way to evaluate a possible hire than to see them go through training and come to you already ready to sell.
